Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026
Anthropometrix delivers professional consulting services rather than goods. This policy sets out when fees are refundable, how cancellations are handled, and how third-party costs are treated.
01Deposits
Engagements begin against a deposit, typically 30% of the proposal value. The deposit reserves studio capacity and is credited against the final invoice.
If we are unable to start on the agreed date for reasons attributable to the studio, the deposit is refunded in full.
02Cancellation before work starts
Cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled start date: deposit refunded in full, less any third-party costs already committed.
Cancellation within 14 days of the start date: 50% of the deposit is retained to cover reserved capacity.
03Cancellation after work starts
Fees for completed milestones and work in progress up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Any prepaid amount exceeding that value is returned within 30 days.
04Third-party costs
Laboratory testing, texture plaques, coating trials, sample tooling and travel booked on your behalf are non-refundable once committed to the supplier. These items are itemised separately on every invoice.
05Deliverable acceptance
Deliverables are reviewed within 10 working days of submission. Where a deliverable materially fails the agreed specification, we revise it at no additional cost.
Revisions are the primary remedy; refunds apply only where a deliverable cannot be brought into conformity.
06Out of scope
Changes in product strategy, supplier selection, tooling decisions or regulatory outcomes after delivery do not create a refund entitlement.
07How to request a refund
Send the invoice reference and the reason for the request to AS@focalis.online. We acknowledge within 3 working days and resolve within 30 days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.
08Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available to you under the consumer or commercial law of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are handled under the governing law and venue stated in our Terms of Service.
